Animal Balance Exchange Policy

At Animal Balance, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. In such cases, we are happy to assist you with our straightforward and customer-friendly exchange policy.

 

Exchange Criteria:

 

Product Condition: The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all accessories that came with it.

Timeframe: The exchange request must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

Availability: The product exchange is subject to the availability of the desired item in our stock.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

 

Send an email to animalbalancelab@gmail.com with the subject “Exchange Request.” In the email body, include your name, order number, reason for the exchange, and the product you wish to exchange it for.

Our customer service team will review your request and respond with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct a quality inspection. If the product meets the exchange criteria, we will send the new product. If not, we will contact you to discuss available options.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

The shipping costs for returning the product are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.
