At Animal Balance, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and efficiently. Here are some key points about our shipping and delivery policy:
• Delivery Timeframe: The delivery period starts counting after payment approval. Once your payment is approved, you will be notified via email. Our team works hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
• Average Timeframe: São Paulo: 2 to 3 business days, Other capitals: 2 to 8 business days, Other regions in Brazil: 2 to 10 business days.
• Order Review: All orders are subject to registration data analysis and approval. This is an important step to ensure the security of your transaction. Please understand that this may add a little more time to payment confirmation, but it is an essential part of ensuring a safe shopping experience for all our customers.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. In some ZIP code areas of certain cities, deliveries may occur on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent, or if there is a need to confirm the address and/or recipient’s name, or if the package is held for analysis and validation by the relevant authorities, the delivery period will be paused.
