5% Discount on Credit Card: We also offer a 5% discount for payments made directly with credit cards. This is a great option for customers who prefer to pay with a card, while enjoying additional savings.

 

Refund Policy:

 

We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. Our refund policy aims to ensure an efficient and fair resolution:

 

Refunds for Payments:

If you wish to request a refund due to issues with your order or dissatisfaction with a product, follow the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy mentioned earlier. The refund will be processed according to the conditions established in that policy.

Refunds for Special Promotions:

In cases of special discounts, such as the 5% discount via Pix or on credit card payments, the refund will be processed according to the actual amount paid by the customer after applying the discount.

Refund Processing Time:

After the return is approved and the condition of the returned product is verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Refund for Defective or Damaged Products:
