• 5% Discount via Pix: For customers who choose to pay via Pix, we offer a 5% discount on the total purchase amount. Pix payments are fast, secure, and increasingly popular.
• 5% Discount on Credit Card: We also offer a 5% discount for payments made directly with credit cards. This is a great option for customers who prefer to pay with a card, while enjoying additional savings.
Refund Policy:
We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. Our refund policy aims to ensure an efficient and fair resolution:
• Refunds for Payments:
If you wish to request a refund due to issues with your order or dissatisfaction with a product, follow the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy mentioned earlier. The refund will be processed according to the conditions established in that policy.
• Refunds for Special Promotions:
In cases of special discounts, such as the 5% discount via Pix or on credit card payments, the refund will be processed according to the actual amount paid by the customer after applying the discount.
• Refund Processing Time:
After the return is approved and the condition of the returned product is verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
• Refund for Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or fully refund the amount, including shipping costs, as needed.
